The rates that are listed on this page are a general explanation of our structure, NOT a quote.  These
rates are listed to give you, the potential client an idea of how our pricing is structured.  Please keep in
mind that all clients have different needs, portfolio's and expectations.  Rental Management Solutions
tailors our services and fee's based on your specific needs.  
By setting 5% of your monthly income aside each month and holding it in a replacement reserve account,
funds will be available to take care of large expenses as they come up such as turnover costs on a vacancy
therefore providing for a more stable monthly distribution to ownership.
Rental Management  Solutions will develop a comprehensive budget for the portfolio and stay within the
confines of that budget, therefore controlling costs unless ownership approves variance.
With the month-end financial reports, Rental Management Solutions will provide copies of all invoices paid
during that fiscal period.
